In this article we compare the accuracy of using Gemini vs ALL3D’s custom AI model trained specifically for product accuracy and detail. In Gemini’s output we see a glossy finish on the lamp, which is not accurate to the clay texture in the product photograph. The lamp also looks a little shorter than the 14’’ specification.

The first row speaks for itself. We have all seen Gemini completely lose the plot with an image request, and this is a classic example. Gemini has added the art (with no frame) to the wall instead of replacing the existing art as we asked. At least it got the details right! The second example is more subtle, but speaks to a critical misunderstanding from Gemini. The aspect ratio of the framed art prop is about 1.35 width/height. When Gemini places the art into the scene, it does so at a 1.45 width/height ratio. Poppy from ALL3D isn’t perfect either, measuring in at 1.31 width/height but we are quite a bit closer to the mark.
